Our workshop is located at 3/33 Gateway Drive, Noosaville and is open between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am until midday on Saturday. After hours service applies to business clients on Managed Services.
If you are experiencing an issue and would like to wait while one of our technicians in the workshop takes a look, please call ahead in advance to secure a time. Our technicians also attend to appointments off site, so booking in advance will ensure the technician is on site when you arrive for your appointment.
Nissen Technologies strive to provide you with a 24 – 48 hour turn around. Critical matters may take priority and can be requested for an additional fee.
We believe there is always a solution to every issue presented, and are happy to provide you with a quote for work or repairs needed prior to commencing.
We can order parts or entirely new laptops; desktops on your behalf or you can source this yourself. If the machine is still under warranty we can also arrange to have it sent to the supplier for you.
